Organisation: Mentoring, coaching, training, mentoring program owner on "WiseQ"
User: All mentors, mentees, experts, coaches, instructors, trainers or "administrators" on "WiseQ"
Administrator: the "user" who is authorised to manage “mentorship” and "mentoring, coaching, training program" of "organisation".
Program: Set of fixed duration mentoring sessions with planned objectives and goals, communication, planning, scheduling and sharing on the platform “WiseQ” having mentees, mentors, and/or group of participants under the responsibility of "organisation" on "WiseQ".
WiseQ collects different types of personal data from the Platform. Users and Organizations may provide personal and business data through the platform in a number of different ways from sign-up to communications or when uploading content within the Platform.
1. Information we collect through our Sites, including onboarding form, contact us forms, resource downloads, email sign-ups, WiseQ App and when you become a User, at various points throughout your use of the Services.
2. Information users provide directly to WiseQ when they use the Platform, including contact information, email, a photo of your choice (optional), first name, last name, current position, organisation, and other information requested by The Customer or organisation.
3. Users may choose not to submit the information required to achieve a successful program. In this case, WiseQ’s functionality will be limited.
4. Information automatically collected from users use of Services, including number and frequency of messages sent, the frequency and the length of meetings, the frequency of the goals, the frequency of the milestones, event engagement, news engagement, learning completion rates and skill areas, meeting notes, feedback frequency and notes, mentoring agreement updates, group discussions.
5. Cookies and analytics tools -Our websites use cookies and other tools such as activity tracking to help us analyze the use of our Sites, diagnose technical issues, and provide better functionality and display of our Services. The information includes:
a. Technical data such as device data, IP address, browser type
b. Usage data such as time spent on sites, pages visited, and links clicked.
6. Organisation Admin/Program Manager’s Log - WiseQ’s Admin Dashboard for the program managers collects which admin did matching activity, and published events/news/learning/ program steps.
7. Our platform does not process sensitive data- WiseQ does not allow and does not knowingly solicit or collect, and you should not provide, any information regarding an individual’s financial, medical or health condition or other sensitive or special categories of data.
. Where any service requested by you involves a third party, such information as is reasonably necessary by the Company to carry out your service request may be shared with such third party. The Company may also use contact information internally to direct its efforts for service improvement but shall immediately delete information as requested. Only requested services shall be withdrawn and all other services shall be available to the Users.

Information collected via our server logs includes users' IP addresses and the pages visited; this will be used to manage the web system and troubleshoot problems. We also use third-party analytics, tracking, optimization and targeting tools to understand how users engage with our Platform so that we can improve it and cater personalised content/ads according to their preferences.
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. However, we may share information under certain circumstances, including:
With mentors and mentees on the platform to facilitate the mentorship process.
With trusted service providers and partners who assist in operating, maintaining, and enhancing our platform.

credit reporting agencies and courts, tribunals, regulatory authorities where Customers fail to pay for Services provided by us to them;
courts, tribunals, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement officers as required by law, in connection with any actual or prospective legal proceedings, or in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights; and
third parties, including agents or sub-contractors, who assist us in providing information, products, or services to you, for example, third party plug-ins and data processors.

WiseQ takes data security seriously and implements reasonable safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no data transmission over the internet is entirely secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

We include both physical security and IT security in our overall data security approach. Our Company cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you provide won’t be intercepted while being transmitted to the Company over the Internet.

You agree and understand that Platform provides no guarantee, warranty or assurance that such third party service providers will protect Your personal information and Platform shall not be liable for any actions, commission, omission, misconduct, fraud or negligence (whether in contract or tort or under public policy) of these third parties unless such actions, commission, omission or negligence of the third party is attributed to a direct cause of misconduct and gross negligence of Platform. However, WiseQ ensures to the maximum extent that these 3rd party service providers have stringent data protection and privacy compliance and control measures in place to protect the data and information processed from the WiseQ platform.
2. The WiseQ platform has the video/audio session recording feature where on the mutual consent of (users) mentor and mentee, they can record the session and access the recordings post session for their reference or learning and development purpose. These session recordings can also be made available to the organisations only when the participants of the session consent the organisation to do so. In any other circumstances, the sessions recordings can not be accessed by the other stakeholders except the participants themselves.
Each paragraph of this Privacy Policy shall be and remain separate from and independent of and severable from all and any other paragraphs herein except where otherwise expressly indicated or indicated by the context of the agreement. The decision or declaration that one or more of the paragraphs are null and void shall not affect the remaining paragraphs of this privacy policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify users of any significant changes through the platform or by other appropriate means.
